How long does shipping take?

How do I know what ring size to order?
Use our Ring Size Guide on the product page — wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and match the length to the size chart. If you already own a ring that fits well, you can measure that instead.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
Ordered the wrong size? It's handled under our standard 7-day return policy: send it back unused and in its original packaging, and once we receive and inspect it, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Reach out via our Contact page to start the process, and take extra care with our Ring Size Guide before ordering to get it right the first time.
What is your return policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Is the ring waterproof?
Yes. The R09 has a 5ATM and IP68 water and dust rating, so it's built to handle showers, swimming, and sweat without issue.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
Up to 39 days on a single charge. It comes with a compact charging dock that gives you up to 13 extra charges on the go, using a magnetic charging cable.
What phone do I need, and which app does it use?
The ring connects over Bluetooth 5.2 to the free QRing app, compatible with Android 5.1+ and iOS 8.0+. The app supports 33 languages, including English and Hebrew.
Is this a medical device?
No. The R09 Smart Ring is a consumer wellness device intended for general fitness and sleep tracking. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
